Booking Policy Notice
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost. The remaining balance must be PAID IN CASH on the day of the appointment. Please note: NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT!
New Customer Requirements:
If you are booking our microlinks, V light, Tape-ins, or K-tips services, a phone consultation is required. Please WhatsApp the salon at 07572666571 with *clear photos of your hair and your full name*.
Pre-Appointment Terms:
Please arrive at your appointment with your hair:
- WASHED/CLEAN
- PRESSED/STRAIGHTENED
- OIL/PRODUCT FREE
Unless you have booked a wash and press before your appointment or if you are having a treatment with us, there will be an additional cost of £30 if we need to wash and pre-straighten your hair. This is necessary to allocate stylist time and prevent delays for other customers. All our weave and hair extension services include styling.
Late Fees:
If you are running late for your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. If you are 30 minutes late, a late fee of £25 will be applied. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
